1. Guggul



Guggul is a fragrant resin produced by secreted by the Mukul myrrh tree (Commiphora mukul) found in India, Central Asia, and North Africa. Guggul contains a plant sterol known as guggulsterone that is said to promote weight loss by stimulating the body’s metabolism. Moreover, it is known as a natural cholesterol-lowering herb too. Guggul tea is said to be effective in many ways.

2. Vijaysar



Vijaysar the Pterocarpus Marsupium is famous for numerous medicinal uses and it is also popular because it helps in lowering blood sugar level. Vijayasar helps reduce fat, eliminate toxins from the body and improve metabolism due to its Kapha or Ama (toxic remains in the body due to improper digestion) reducing properties.
